Course Structure – Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Program

Topics under this category may include, but might not be limited to:

  • Practice Yoga Teaching
  • Giving and accepting feedback
  • Paying attention to others yoga teaching techniques
  • Assisting students when your peer is handling the session

The specifications outlined above assure that all the yoga trainees of Himalayan Yoga Bliss center acquire instructions and training under the aforementioned five educational categories for the stipulated number of hours. The remaining contact hours and elective hours shall be allotted among the same five educational categories, however the number of hours may be allocated at the discretion of the type of yoga training course.
